Sweet or sour?



Beijing 2004 is one huge construction site. So very often you get the chance of standing in front of a wooden wall wondering what the announcement really means. In this case the real estate's PR company gets it straight to the point.

I don't think so. 粹 in Chinese means 精华, and cream is the 精华 of milk. So I don't think it would be a spelling mistake..

agree with you. We are not talking about spelling mistakes in this one.
But "guocui" is hard to translate, "the essence of Chinese culture"? It is definitely not "national cream"...
