for German domains it's DENIC www.denic.de, the central registry for all domains under the top level domain ".de".
In China it's the China Internet Network Information Center CNNIC at http://www.cnnic.net.cn/

and i wanna know that why your domain name can redirect to your Blogger.com's blog,but when i use my domain which is www.ericknows.com.cn,i cannot visit my BLOGGER.com's blog in china,but i can visit yours,i dont know why!,i set my domain links to ghs.google.com,just at present,china blocked ghs.google.com,so i cannot visit my blog,and i want to know how you set your domain??

Hi Eric,
still a bit unclear what your problem is.
My domain chinglish.de is just a a web address, it is more important where your content is actually hosted, in my case on my own website olliradtke.de, which is accessible in China and therefore all Chinglish content as well, it has nothing to do with Blogger, I just use their template. I hope that helps.
