Without a Chinese original, it's quite a challenge to reconstruct what the owner was actually referring to. Wondering about the Chinese original, I came up with these two possible candidates:
"一个感受茶道的新地方" or "一个感受新茶道的地方"。
Regarding feel gan3shou4 感受 take a look at the previous posting Synonyms are trouble.
Found next to Beijing's Drum Tower gu3lou2 鼓楼.

but some chinglish made me very confused. Chinese people still have a long way to go.
FWIW, as far as "feel the new space" goes, apparently Samsung have used/are using that same phrase as a slogan in mainland China, with the Chinese being 感受新境界.
Maybe the original is 感受茶道新境界。The word 境界 never fails to bother me in C-E translation.
mmm.....i think Chinese-English cannot be translated directly. Perhaps here means 感受不同寻常的茶道...lol~
btw, ur blog is very interesting. Have a fun in China~ :)

"translation server error" is almost legendary, your're right. But I have my rules: I need to know the photographer and the location where the shot was taken. There's too much fake stuff out there.

If I were the owner of this shop, I would not use English like this. I prefer to use only chinese only. Those mainlanders just want to be understood by the outside world.

i was thinking of 感受茶道新天地 myself.
have to agree with the other poster i wouldn't put up the english signs so huge and across like that... ugly... and entirely not in line with the spirit and traditional feel of savoring tea and have a quiet afternoon in china...
