应该是“slippery”。
“slippy” 的意思是 swift, speedy, 就是“迅速的”。
（错误是把原来的名次“slip”以顺便加上一个英文副词常有的“y”为成假副词slippy。)

my dictionary says tat "slippy" means "slippery"...only tat it's more often used in daily convrs...

But they dont want to state that the person is falling down swiftly, but remind the user of a slippery floor :).
